It's less than a week until Thanksgiving! Where has the time gone?!?
Since this week is all about easy dinners, I decided to end with leftovers. Take the chicken from Wednesday's recipe and make it into tasty quesadillas. Delicious!
Just add chicken, cheese, and any other filling you'd like between two lightly buttered tortillas. Grill until golden brown.
