Crockpot Chicken

This week, it's all about the super simple dinner.  Today, I've got some yummy chicken for you to try.

Variations of this have been floating around Pinterest for a while now.  This is my take:

  • 5-4 frozen chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • Crock pot.
Simply dump your chicken in the crockpot, pour in your seasonings, and cook on low for 8 hours.

SO EASY!  When it's done, you can shred it with a fork and it makes the absolute best taco meat.

Totally doable :)

    2. So I made it, and it was AWESOME! We made Nachos with it the first night, and then I used the leftovers for huevos rancheros the next morning. I make eggs a lot, and my husband loves them, and he said that they were the best eggs he has ever had. I made eggs, fried some of the chicken and some onions and put that on top with some tomatoes and hot sauce. You should try it next time you make this! I am bad and only have a picture of the original crockpot, but we have a little chicken left so I think I will make some more of the huevos rancheros tomorrow and will take a picture this time! I will send you the pics later. The only thing I did differently was I added a bit of cumin and red pepper flakes to make it spicier. Thanks again for the post!!!
