I am doing a week of pizza posts this week! I love pizza, but there's a lot of ingredients in restaurant-made pizzas that I can't eat (weird food sensitivities), so I enjoy making my own that both John and I can enjoy. I hope this week of posts gives you some fun new flavor combinations to try!
First up is a prosciutto and fig pizza. This is seriously delicious!
You will need:
- 1 bag of dried figs (you might not use them all- if you have leftovers, you can make chocolate figs for dessert!)
- 1/4 pound of prosciutto
- Shredded cheese mix of mozzarella and parmesan
- Ready to bake thin pizza crust
Layer the cheese, figs, and prosciutto onto the pizza.
Bake for 10 minutes, slice, and enjoy!
Yummm... writing this post makes me want to make this again! :) Happy Monday!

I'll take this! Pizza is my favorite besides burgers. I could live on both for the rest of my life.
