You will need:
- Whole grain, ready to bake pizza crust
- Fresh mozzarella
- 6-8 strips of bacon
- 2-4 eggs
Top your pizza crust with slices of fresh mozzarella and bacon.
Make small wells in the pizza crust to hold your eggs, then crack and place the raw egg onto the crust.
Put your pizza into the oven and bake for another 10 minutes until the egg whites are set. If you have a stubborn egg that takes longer than the rest, turn off the oven and let to pizza sit in it until the whites are all set.
Slice and top with arugala.
Enjoy, and have a wonderful weekend!
YUM!!! Breakfast isn't complete without bacon and eggs. Looks so good.

I have tried many times and many ways to get my children to eat a healthy breakfast. Nothing seems to work. Then I tried severing pizza for breakfast. Breakfast pizza may take a little longer to prepare than normal breakfast, but the reward and the fun is worth it.
