Hand Addressing
Not long ago, I chopped hazelnuts until my arm fell off. Finally back in possession of my arm, I decided to write until my hand fell off addressing our wedding invitations. We debated for a while about whether we should print on labels, hand write, or print addresses directly on the envelope. Ultimately, we went with hand addressing the invitations. We both have a lot of free time and calligraphy pens are cheap enough, so we figured why not?
Here is the final result:
Not too shabby, if I do say so myself. What do you think? What would YOU have done?

They look beautiful! Your handwriting is much more neat than mine would have been, especially after that many invitations! Hence, why I probably would have printed (fancy)labels... more so for the asthetic than the time. I think you made a wonderful choice since you're so talented!

ReplyDeleteOh, I addressed ours by hand too and it was a long and hard process. I remember my hand going numb multiple times, but it saved us so much money!
